In this course, you will get acquainted with the capabilities of Salesforce Flows to enable automating your business processes in Salesforce and how to implement workflow automation that can trigger actions, notifications, field updates and creation of new records in response to changes in the data or certain events. You will learn how to extend Salesforce’s User Interface by creating your custom screens / wizard style forms to help simplify the user experience.
