Most recently, he led the Financial Services group at Salesforce for Canadian SMBs helping business leaders leverage Salesforce for growth and enhanced customer engagement. Blending an electronics design engineering background with an MBA grounded in Integrative Thinking, Hyder brings an analytical approach to business solutions design and problem solving.

With over 12 years of experience of working with the Salesforce platform, Shrey has worked on more than 150 Salesforce implementations for SMBs and enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 clients in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing and higher education verticals. Shrey has worked with multiple Salesforce implementation and consulting firms, most recently managing a team of product specialists working with Deloitte. In his role as a Salesforce Architect, Shrey drives solution design and architecture while helping clients form adoption strategies for on-boarding teams of users new to Salesforce.

Combining her passion for marketing with her experience with the full technology implementation lifecycle for business analytics software solutions, Beth has been working with Salesforce for 3 years, helping implement Marketing Automation and CRM for not-for-profit organizations. Beth has experience with insurance and banking in her previous roles and has designed training programs for adoption of technology by business users. She is focused on building a success nurturing program and the Client Success team to help clients get past initial stages of adoption of Salesforce.
Director, Service Delivery
With more than 12 years of Salesforce development and architecture experience, Mohsin’s passion for developing solutions on the Salesforce platform is also reflected in his community-building activities with the Salesforce eco-system and his efforts in organizing Trailhead meetups to contribute to the collective learning of the Salesforce community. He has led application development teams at CloudCall for Salesforce-integrated telephony solutions and in his current role, is responsible for solution design and service delivery excellence, ensuring clients’ business requirements are mapped successfully to the technical solutions developed.
